A simple copy of the sale catalog will give the incentive committee the information needed that could possibly be confirmed though the ranch by which the bull was purchased or leased from to confirm the bull meets the criteria of the program. 

Bull registration papers can be used as well as documentation to confirm that the bulls used meets the program criteria.
