Terms and Conditions

General:

1: Annual membership dues for the ACCA shall be fifty dollars per family/organization/outfit. All membership in the ACCA will renew annually July 1st every year. The first year of dues will be prorated as to the time remaining before the annual July 1st renewal date. (Ex. Membership cost on Jan. 1st will be twenty-five dollars.)

2:The ACCA reserves the right to refuse membership or the right to participate in ACCA incentive programs but not for the reason of gender, sexual orientation, race, or religious beliefs.

Incentive Programs:

1: The ACCA incentive programs are designed to affordably facilitate information exchange between cattle owners and perspective buyers. Therefore, the ACCA cannot and does not guarantee any of the accuracy of information provided by the owners on their incentive program application.

2: The ACCA will strive to timely provide information and products when needed but does not guarantee or warrant timely delivery of information and/or products.

3: The ACCA reserves the right to immediately terminate membership and use of incentive programs upon the discovery that false or deceptive information has been submitted on an ACCA application.
